1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MSF Gold mobile application ("App") provided by M Shakeel Gold ("Company"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Authorised Users Only

The MSF Gold app is a private business tool intended exclusively for authorised employees and staff of M Shakeel Gold. Unauthorised access is strictly prohibited. Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.
• Use the App to transmit harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Share, export, or distribute confidential business data displayed in the App.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify management immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, logos, and software within the MSF Gold App are the property of M Shakeel Gold. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all business data displayed in the App, the Company does not guarantee that information is always complete, accurate, or current. Always verify critical decisions through official channels.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Company or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
